Workshops are delivered in a fun, engaging, playful way, where participants are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones and try something new. The specific content of each workshop is shaped by the interests of participants, creating a sense of ownership of the process.

Disability
We have extensive experience adapting all the activities we offer to meet the unique abilities and interests of each participant and make them accessible to every group we work with. After all, circus is for everyone!

Our Early Years projects are aimed at 3 to 5 year old children and a significant adult. These workshops have the benefit of promoting an environment of active and creative play between the parent/carer and the young child.

Seniors

Choose from either a 60 or 90 minute interactive performance for seated participants to watch and be amazed, and then get to spin a plate and balance a feather themselves.
The session is planned out like a normal circus workshop but everyone can stay seated or get up if they want to.

EVIDENCE: CIRCUS WORKS
'Learning social circus: jumping through hoops to achieve success' is a paper which explores the outcomes of evaluations of two circus activities within the Burnie region. Both activities came from a collaboration between three non-government organisations and schools to engage vulnerable families in circus activities.
